Let me start off by saying I highly recommend Rick. The best recommendation I’ve received. Rick’s knowledge of water chemistry/properties and products/technology was far superior to the techs that had previously attempted to resolve my issues, and his rates were far lower that franchise rates.

We moved bought a house, moving from the city to the country. Upon taking ownership, we encountered a number of significant problems including having to install an expensive new water filtration system (our house used a drilled well). Rick was everything you could hope for, and more. He is extremely conscientious, will look for ways to save you money, is available at the drop of a hat and does great quality work. Rick is a rare breed and I recommend him highly.

Rick provided excellent service. He was straightforward and honest when explaining the options of what I needed. Very reasonable quote for the amount of work he had to do. If you need a UV and/or softener installed, don’t hesitate to call Rick, you won’t be disappointed.

Rick is truly one of a kind. I had problems with my water softener and looked to replace it. I had two different companies provide quotes on the water softener and a potentially new iron filter as well. Both companies were priced higher and didn't give me a good feeling. So I went with my gut and hired Rick for the job. To my surprise, rather than upselling me a whole package Rick offered to fix my softener for a small fraction of the price! Normally I would have taken that offer but because the machines were very old I wanted a full replacement of both the softener and iron filter. Even after install Rick took my calls and was happy to answer any questions I had on the phone (for as long as I needed). If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and really cares about their job, this is your guy!
